Tracy Morgan features as a ‘Leader in Law’ in Law Society Article

JR Levins’ Managing Partner features in this month’s Liverpool Law Society magazine in an article that discusses her role in the newly merged firm and the challenges she faces.

Levins and Jones Robertson Solicitors merged in November last year creating a new firm, JR Levins. The merger has meant that the same great advice, customer care and legal expertise can be shared to people across a wider area. There are branches in Huyton, Warrington and Halton all focused on serving the local communities and providing expert help and support where it is needed.

In the article Tracy talks about the daily challenges of managing the firm, although both firms have been established for over 40 years each, bringing the firms together and providing a seamless service to its clients came with its own challenges. Tracy’s role is to look after the firm on behalf of the other partners who are still legal practitioners. This involves being responsible for strategic leadership, financial management and looking after the 40 plus staff.

It is a challenging role as there are often factors outside of her control to deal with such as COVID and the upcoming changes to Stamp Duty and Employers National Insurance Contributions. However, Tracy is confident that she is steering the firm on the right path and creating a firm that remains strongly rooted in the local communities it serves.
