Property Specialist who has Overseen 5,000 Home Moves Joins Our Team

We’re pleased to welcome Natalie Reason to our conveyancing team, where she will help us support more home movers across Runcorn, Widnes and Warrington. With more than 20 years of experience across the property industry and over 5,000 house sales and purchases overseen in the last decade alone, Natalie brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the role.

Her appointment builds on the work of our established conveyancing team, which already supports clients across Huyton, Runcorn, Widnes and the surrounding areas.

Experience on both sides of a house move

Natalie’s career has given her an understanding of moving home from both the estate agency and legal sides. She spent nine years in estate agency, progressing from sales negotiator to branch manager, before returning to the legal sector to develop her career in residential conveyancing. Most recently, she was Head of Conveyancing at MJV Solicitors near Blackpool, where she helped build and grow the department.

Having worked with buyers, sellers and other property professionals throughout her career, Natalie understands how much people rely on clear advice and regular updates during a move. She also knows the pressures that can build within a property chain, particularly when several people’s plans depend on one another.

That approach fits closely with how we look after our clients. We want people to understand what is happening with their move, feel comfortable asking questions and know who to turn to when they need advice.

Natalie said: “Buying or selling a home is never just a legal transaction. It involves people’s savings, family plans and future, so clients need to feel that the person handling their move understands how important it is to them.

“Having worked in both estate agency and conveyancing, I understand the pressures experienced by buyers, sellers, estate agents and solicitors throughout a property chain. Good communication, realistic advice and identifying potential problems early can make an enormous difference.
