JR Levins introduces Cycle to Work Scheme for staff
15/06/2026
JR Levins has introduced a new Cycle to Work Scheme to help make cycling more accessible for staff across the firm.
The scheme, provided through Cyclescheme, is a government-backed employee benefit which can help staff save up to 47% on a new bike and cycling accessories. It also allows employees to spread the cost, rather than paying everything upfront.
For some people, cycling to work is already part of their routine. For others, it may be something they have thought about but never quite got around to. A new bike, helmet, lock and lights can quickly add up, especially when the old bike in the shed has not moved since before lockdown.
This scheme helps remove some of those barriers, giving staff another option for travelling to work, while also supporting wellbeing, sustainability and active travel. Even cycling once or twice a week can make a difference to someone’s routine, whether that means getting some fresh air before a busy day or avoiding sitting in traffic for another 20 minutes.
The scheme also offers an option to rent a bike without upfront costs, helping make cycling more accessible for those who may not want to commit to buying straight away.
At JR Levins, we know that looking after staff is about offering practical benefits that support everyday life in a useful way.
By introducing the Cycle to Work Scheme, we hope to give our team more choice, encourage healthier travel where possible, and support small steps towards more sustainable commuting.
