Role Summary:

Our busy, growing Conveyancing team is looking for a qualified solicitor/licenced conveyancer (2 years+ PQE) or experienced conveyancer (5+ years) to take on a varied residential caseload and hit the ground running!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, and remortgages of both freehold & leasehold properties including reviewing contracts, raising enquiries, and reporting to clients.
• Carry out title checks, searches, and all pre‑exchange/completion work.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress files efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with SDLT, Land Registry, CQS and firm procedures.
• Maintain accurate file records and update the case management system.

We have offices in Huyton, Runcorn and Widnes. The successful candidate would have a choice of which office to work from. We welcome applications from candidates seeking a hybrid position. We would consider candidates who would prefer to work from home.
